As the founder of TA, Paul brings a wealth of executive-level business and consulting experience within the pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing industries to client engagements. His successes in leading organizational transformation efforts are largely due to Paul’s proven ability to engage and motivate both management and employees in defining, selling and realizing strategic and operational goals. By employing pragmatic, client-centered approaches to organizational transformation that are based upon sound theoretical foundations, Paul enables clients to constructively challenge and navigate their respective “organizational realities” to deliver maximum customer value. Ultimately, Paul develops close partnerships with clients to successfully cut through the “smoke and mirrors” to drive significant change across the enterprise. Paul holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational psychology and is a Graduate Professor of Management and Psychology at Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Rachel Radwinsky, PhD, Vice President, Consulting Services
Rachel drives organizational change through a client-based, data-driven approach. As an industrial psychologist and Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a background in both human resources and quality, she is adept in blending the rigorous analytical requirements of process improvement with the human aspect of change management. Rachel manages TA’s consulting division, and ensures that each project delivers exceptional value to the client. She has worked with clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecommunications, and oil and gas industries for over 15 years. Rachel holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational psychology and is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Richard Phillips, Vice President, Technology Services
Rich designs and builds technology solutions that enable and support organizational transformation projects and manages the technology division of TA. The applications his team develops are tailored to the specific requirements of each client and function to address their needs as no off-the-shelf product could. His creativity and competence in software development have contributed to TA’s success as a leading provider of client technology solutions in the areas of workflow management and metrics/reporting dashboards.
