Michael Cusack

Michael Cusack is a senior consultant at Transformation Associates, Inc. He is the author of the American Society for Quality's "Online Customer Care" and has an MA in Corporate and Organizational Communication. A native of Ireland, Michael lives in Glen Gardner, NJ and has two sons.
