Having each spent over twenty years in the corporate world, we have encountered many challenges along the way, so we decided it was high time we chronicled our musings, observations and experiences. Our ultimate goal is to share recommendations for addressing the “organizational realities” we all encounter and struggle with at one time or another. We aim to do this in an “edutaining” and somewhat irreverent manner where the academic and esoteric are minimized and pragmatic, and relevance emphasized.

While there is no doubt we will disagree on some (if not all) topics, and our guest contributors will bring still different perspectives, we will provide you with actionable takeaways on how to adapt to, shape and thrive within your work environment. Assuming we achieve these lofty and somewhat contradictory goals, perhaps we will then have lived up to the mantle ascribed by some of our clients – “PhDs with Personality”.
