Transformation Associates recognizes that leaders need to periodically invest in their own development. This development can take the form of review and refinement of personal and professional goals, reflection on past successes and failures, and taking time to renew internal motivation and energy in order to ensure continual growth and success. Often it takes the help of an objective, unbiased third-party to help guide the leader through the process.  Over time we have developed our EECCEE Coaching™ model to help leaders address both personal and interpersonal opportunities to maximize their own effectiveness, specifically:

  • How to identify and address PERSONAL obstacles and challenges to being an effective leader
  • How to coach, inspire and motivate OTHERS  to achieve new levels of performance and to realize their potential

 The EECCEE Coaching™ model consists of three phases, each constructed to ensure that measurable, concrete deliverables are completed at each step along the way:

TA provides a structured approach for guiding leaders though each phase of the EECCEE Coaching ™ process. Within each phase of the EECCEE Coaching™ model, TA deploys a pragmatic, focused and tailored coaching curriculum that provides the relevant knowledge, tools and support necessary for leaders to drive themselves and their teams to new levels of engagement and performance.

The tailored coaching curriculum may include:

  • Micro-Training:  Concise, pragmatic, educational sessions that provide an overview of proven management strategies and techniques. Training will be synchronized with key organizational deliverables to maximize relevance, timing and impact
  • One-on-One Coaching: Results-focused coaching offered between training sessions will assist leaders in addressing the targeted areas of focus
  • Team Facilitation: Team support designed to surface and address obstacles and challenges to achieving desired organizational objectives
  • Tracking/Action Planning: Ongoing monitoring of progress in implementing action plans and assessing impact
