Management Team Members Include:

Paul Gillard PhD

As the founder of Transformation Associates, Paul brings a wealth of business, consulting, and coaching experience within the pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing industries to client engagements. His success in driving organizational transformation efforts is largely due to Paul’s proven ability to engage and motivate executives, managers, and employees in defining, selling, and realizing strategic and operational goals.

By employing pragmatic, client-centered approaches to organizational transformation based upon sound theoretical foundations, Paul enables clients to constructively challenge and navigate their respective “realities” to deliver maximum customer value. Ultimately, Paul develops close partnerships with clients to successfully cut through the “smoke and mirrors” to drive significant change across the enterprise.

Paul holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been a Graduate Adjunct Professor of Management at Stevens Institute of Technology and New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the International Coaching Federation, and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

When not working with clients or spending time with family and friends, Paul is likely to be found on the golf course chasing the ever-elusive dream of becoming a scratch golfer.
