Jill launched our nascent academia-focused coaching practice, which caters to the unique needs of faculty, staff, and students within educational institutions. As a graduate of the Rutgers University and Heidrick & Struggles ACTP Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program and an PCC credentialed member of the International Coach Federation, Jill brings an informed and well-rounded perspective to her coaching engagements. Jill excels in building lasting coaching relationships founded on openness, empathy, and trust.
